BryLin Behavioral Health System provides a competitive benefits package, which includes but may not be limited to:

Medical Insurance:

Independent Health Flex Fit Programs available to benefit earning employees with affordable contributions.

Dental Insurance:

Voluntary plan available to Full Time and Part Time employees.

Life Insurance:

Full Time and Part Time benefit earning employees.  (Paid in full by Hospital)

401(k) Plan:

After one year of service, 1000 hours and attainment of age 21, BryLin offers match on contributions.

Paid Time Off (PTO):

Generous accrual rate depending on years of service and status.  Accruals begin on date of hire and eligible to use after Introductory Period.

Sick Time:

Full Time and Part Time employees accrue sick time to a maximum of sixty (60) hours per calendar year.
