We Have Exciting News!
Approved on August 21, 2025, the newly ratified contract highlights BryLin’s commitment to strengthening its workforce and advancing behavioral health care in Western New York.
The contract includes:
- Annual pay increases of 4% in 2025, 2026, and 2027- 12% total over the next 3 years!
- Starting wages raised to $17.22/hour for many entry-level positions.
- Expanded referral bonuses to include all union positions.
- Sign-on bonuses for RN, LPN, and MHT hires across all shifts.
- Employer coverage of 80% of health insurance premiums for new hires or enrollees.
- Recognition of Juneteenth as a “time and one-half” holiday.
